Koda Caregivers began a number of years ago, and our approach was developed by learning first-hand while caring for our own parents. Because of this experience, we begin each new client with an assessment, from which we develop an in-depth care plan with our client’s involvement. We understand the importance of creating a supportive environment for the client and their loved ones.
Koda Caregivers is not a franchise, so we take a more personalized approach to selecting a client’s caregiver. Working closely with the client, we conduct a free assessment and create a custom care plan. Based on this information, we find the caregiver that best matches the client’s needs and requirements.
At Koda Caregivers, we don’t just hire caregivers, we invest in people. Many of our caregivers have been with us for years, which means continuity, reliability, and familiarity with the needs of the people we serve.
